Who is Served by DSS? (back to top)
Our goal is to provide reasonable accommodations in a timely manner to all students with disabilities currently enrolled or seeking enrollment.
How Do I Access Disability Support Services? (back to top)
Qualified persons may request support services through the Counseling & Career Center, College Services Building.
Students should request an appointment with the DSS Coordinator. Students will need to complete a Request for Services form, Accommodations Information Sheet, a Release of Information form, and provide documentation of disability, if appropriate.
In order to best meet the needs of students with disabilities, students should meet with the DSS Coordinator at least six (6) weeks before classes, programs, or activities begin.
